Position Description:
PART-TIME SCHEDULING CLERK NEEDED FOR BUSY BEDMINSTER, NJ OFFICE
This position is for the individual who has effective telephone skills, basic computer knowledge and a professional attitude. Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks are important.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Scheduling appointments with existing clients
- General office work
Hours: 20 hours per week. 5 Days a week, Mon thru Friday Please note that VALIC is not offering relocation assistance for the Scheduling Clerk position.
SCHEDULING CLERK JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be familiar with MS office suite and Outlook (basic skills with Excel strongly preferred.)
