Patient Service Rep - Heart Rhythm Specialists - Intermountain Medical Center
This position provides medical receptionist services: performs medical billing functions makes appointments, checks patients in and out, prepares medical records, etc.
This position is responsible for taking a high level and volume of phone calls.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Two years of customer service work experience required
Requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and follow work instructions and procedures
Must be able to type 30wpm.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous clerical experience in a hospital or physician office preferred.
Medical terminology and insurance experience preferred.
