Sagitec is growing rapidly.  We are currently seeking the right people to join us as Project Administrators to support our software projects.  Positions locations include Little Canada, MN and other client locations in the US.  The twin cities position location does not require travel.  Position locations outside of Minnesota may involve travel to client sites at various locations in the US periodically. A 3-month or 6-month extended stay may be required occasionally.




Brief Job Description:


Seeking a project administrator to work with the Project Management Office (PMO) for software projects.  Positions locations include Little Canada, MN and other client locations in the US.  The person will also be responsible for Office Administration and project management and administrative tasks to support staff at the office in coordination with HR and Finance.  Experience with handling complex project or multiple-streams project plans using MS-Project a plus.  



Requirements:

Position requires



  • Excellent Communication Skills – Personal, verbal and written

  • Proven Organization skills - Triggering and following-up on software project deliverables, milestones and payments for internal staff and clients

  • Proficient in MS Products – Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Office Administration tasks include -  reception, logistics management (travel and stay) for traveling and visiting employees


 


The individual must be able to work with little supervision, independently follow-up with project leads and obtain and report status to various scheduled activities.
