JOB DESCRIPTION Project-Based Recruiting Assistant (RA), Talent Acquisition and Staffing
Scope
Frontline recruiting administration and hiring administrative support individual contributor with demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently process online applicants from entrance through hiring across multiple geographies. Individual selected for the Recruiting Assistant role must be an exemplary, professional role model and demonstrate the ability to delivery exceptional customer service with strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System and related tools and processes.
Knowledge and Skills
The Recruiting Assistant must demonstrate thorough knowledge and skilled experience in the following areas.
Schedule interviews in collaboration with the recruiting staff
Develop candidate itineraries
Develop offer letters using the ATS system and approved guidelines, for presentation to recruiting staff for approval
Manage new hire paperwork (online and manual as required)
Support candidate requests for help with the ATS online application process; administer password resets, etc.
Collateral assembly and management of office supplies.
Meeting scheduling upon leadership request
Report generation
MS Office proficiency, calendaring, applicant tracking system, VURV preferred
Coordinate travel arrangements as needed by recruiting staff, leadership
Attend meetings, note taking, follow-up items tracking
Greet and host candidates for interviews and hiring days
Experience, Traits and Attributes
High school degree or GED.
2-5 years admininistrative experience
Quick study ability to learn and quickly apply learnings

Thoroughness and follow-through

Interpersonal flexibility

Customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills

Professional poise and presence
ATS Systems, VURV preferred
