Altria Group Distribution Company's role is to provide sales, distribution and consumer engagement services for Altria's tobacco operating companies. We are currently seeking highly qualified Ranch Hand to join our Agriculture department in Clyde Park, MT at Philip Morris USA's Crazy Mountain Ranch. The successful candidate will assist the Manager of Agriculture Programs in managing livestock, natural resources and agriculture facilities at Crazy Mountain Ranch. Specific accountabilities include: General ranch duties including but not limited to; calving, feeding, herd health procedures, artificial insemination, fencing, and weed spraying Managing livestock records (calving, breeding, sales and reports) utilizing herd management software Maintaining weed management records (chemical inventory, biological release records and GPS mapping) Maintaining range monitoring and precipitation records (annual monitoring of established sites, site selection, initial site evaluation and monthly precipitation data) Participating in Crazy Mountain Ranch's safety module development (organizing training of shared equipment, vehicles and chemical inventory (MSDS)) Assisting Business Coordinator with SAP invoicing, SAP purchase requisitions, ODC, updating user manuals and fueling system software (Gasboy - fuel tracking)Qualifications include: High School diploma or GED is required Minimum of three years of hands-on agriculture experience Strong hands-on computer skills to include Microsoft office products (word, excel and powerpoint) Must possess a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age or older Team player and demonstrates good communication, interpersonal and collaborative leadership skills Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
