We are looking for an Accounts Payable professional with strong attention to detail, ability to effectively manage time, and efficiently handle a fast paced workload. Candidate will be interested in building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
This position is a long term temporary position. The selected candidate will receive payroll through an agency. Job responsibilities will include: • Review and process invoices in SAP using dual monitors and electronic images • Collaborate with purchasing, requisitioners, and receiving to resolve holds on a timely basis • Ensure accuracy and completeness of EDI interfaces both in and out of SAP AP • Maintain SOX controls and other internal processes and procedures • Work closely with Accounting staff to adapt procedures/processes to increase efficiency
Requirements:
• High School diploma required, minimum 5 yrs relevant experience required. AS desirable. • General knowledge of basic accounting principles • Excellent data entry skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables • Strong customer service expertise • Ability/experience working with employees at all levels in the organization and across all functions
