We have an immediate position available for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Kansas City office. This is an entry level position that serves as the initial contact for all visitors and callers to the company as well as performs various administrative and clerical tasks and projects.
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will spend the majority of his/her time doing the following:
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet clients, prospective clients & all vendors/media reps
Screening and directing phone calls to appropriate persons
Handle all deliveries
Handle all business travel arrangements for employees (airline, hotel and car rental)
Pull missing timesheet reports every Monday & send out to department managers
Maintain strike system for missing time sheet reports
Maintaining and ordering office and shipping supplies
Contact for vending and coffee services
Cleanup and organize all areas of the reception area and café on a daily basis
Sort mail in mailboxes in mailroom
Provide all administrative back-up for UPS support
Review American Express bill for accounting and match up any unknown travel charges with appropriate job numbers
This position entails numerous but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly tasks that will require attention to detail.
Provide any necessary support for client visits
Display Welcome Screens for clients and new employees
Hours 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Provide day-to-day administrative support to upper management as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
PC computer with Microsoft Windows Vista (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express) and phone, verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a pleasant phone voice.
Interaction skills with coworkers and clients.
Proofreading and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Self Starter and someone that wants to be part of a winning team.
Previous reception experience preferred, but not required.
