Receptionist Administrative Assistant
Job duties include but not limited to: Answering all incoming calls, Greeting incoming guests, scheduling pick up and delivery of products for shipment, typing proposals, assisting with payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Must have great phone skills and communication skills. Will be in charge of running the front desk and working with 6 production managers, hr managers, sales managers and accoounting.
Requirements:
Must have at least one year experience in the Administrative field
Must have valid drivers license
Must have high school diploma
Must have no criminal past and able to pass drug screening
Must have strong phone skills, communication skills and strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
