Location and team KEMA is seeking a highly-motivated and dependable person for its corporate office in Burlington, MA. Responsibilities will focus on reception and office administrative duties. This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Tasks may include
• Answer phones and greet guests; ensure a positive visitor experience • Perform all duties relating to the mailroom • Maintain general office appearance, including daily clean-up of kitchen and common areas • Prepare documents, presentations, and forms in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Effect travel arrangements and perform ad-hoc scheduling for senior staff and recruits • General office duties as assigned; including filing, data entry, etc.
What we're asking
• 1-5 years administrative experience in an office environment • Bachelor's degree required • Strong attention to detail • Strong multi-tasking skills; able to keep up on a high volume, fast-paced environment • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and professional demeanor • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
This is a US-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. Local candidates preferred.
