Position Summary Provides administrative and recruiting support to the TA&R team
Principal Responsibilities Applicant scheduling, administer skills assessments, complete reference and background checks, complete new hire paperwork, provide administrative support for government contracting compliance, for instance security clearance paperwork (fingerprinting and background), mailing compliance packages to new hires, maintain and create essential applicant tracking reports, complete motor vehicle reports as needed, manage postings on ATS, attend recruiting fairs, assist with organizing and participating in on-site recruiting fairs, create positive first impression of TA&R, communicate with supervisors and managers as required, complete and send letters to candidates that do not pass drug screen and/or Nelnets background standards, maintain I-9 folder and keep current. Track, verify and pay recruiting invoices, post positions externally on various job boards/sites, manage vendor renewals, assist with recruitment and interview process, schedule conferences, meetings, travel, complete offer letters and needed correspondence, process mail, assist with temporary associates, assist with short orientation when necessary, help maintain organization charts and People Services directory, perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Requirements 1+ years previous office experience, 1+ years HR or related experience.

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and will use hands and fingers to write, operate a computer keyboard and/or a calculator. Employee must occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to talk and hear in order to exchange information with other employees, customers or vendors. Employee is required to move about the office as necessary to attend meetings, or transport records or files.
