Key Role: Provide daily guidance and direction to assigned members of an internal technology operations team and provide development and coaching to junior staff, per business expectations. Consult with various internal operations teams and managers to assist with the development and definition of a technology strategy for HRIT tools, specifically recruiting tools and process efficiencies. Develop and gain approval for service-level agreements with HR and build relationships with customers within HR and partners within other internal teams. Liaise with HRIT vendors and ensure that contracts and technical agreements are appropriately approved and vetted and that client trouble tickets are resolved by the vendor. Plan and oversee recruiting technology launches and upgrades per business requirements, participate in activities to support the rollout of new systems, contribute to the establishment of procedures, controls, and standards to support new systems' functionality. Participate in cross functional initiatives and work streams for internal teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -4+ years of experience with recruiting or recruiting systems -4+ years of experience with Taleo or PeopleSoft, focusing on a recruiting module -2+ years of experience with supervising an effective team -Experience with project management -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with process improvement -Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, and problem solving skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
