With excellent leadership, training and support, JWR has become one of the most respected names in the industry The primary focus of this entry-level position is to provide general administrative support to the Recruitment department. Key Responsibilities: - Providing general administrative support to the HR dept, in recruitment - Posting and maintaining job adverts on job websites and external media (both electronic and manual applications), and identify sources for qualified candidates - Drafting memos, emails, etc. in response to queries, complaints and requests for assistance - Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, documentation preparation, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures to support the central recruitment team - Arranging interviews - receive and screen resumes; candidates; coordinating with hiring managers; complete reference checks - Candidate management/tracking - Participate, and promote JWR, at recruitment events - Ensuring that all relevant communication to managers and applicants are sent out - Assist with production of relevant management information and reports, including; advertising spend, temporary agency usage, and specific recruitment related management information including time to fill and cost per hire etc - Providing support to other staff members of the HR unit if needed - To offer cover, as and when required for other recruitment team members - Assisting the HR Unit in updating and redrafting existing recruitment policies - Performing any other supporting tasks assigned by the hierarchical supervisor Qualification Requirements: -Exceptional MS Office skills, particularly MS Outlook -Minimum of 1-2 years experience working as an assistant or equivalent in a professional environment -Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams - Post Secondary Education - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experienced working with senior professionals in a fast paced environment, often with tight deadlines - Effective organization skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency If you are ready to take on this exciting career path with opportunities for growth and advancement, we invite you to submit your resume to or on our website at .
