To provide outstanding Financial Planning and Analysis support for US Wholesale Footwear and the Distribution Center.
US Wholesale Financial Support
- Update and provide analysis around US business through bi-weekly and monthly forecasts, including financial adjustments that impact US sales and margin. - Assist in monthly close and annual budgeting of US business - Provide monthly and quarterly margin analysis for both Gross and Go-In margins. - Partner with the controlling team on reserves analysis related to AR and inventory - Maintain US Customer P&L's by key account and channel; provide summary of variable metrics for current month and quarter actuals vs. prior year
Distribution Center Expense management
- Manage annual budget, monthly close and monthly expense forecast for US Distribution center identify variances to budget and current month forecasts. - Lead regular meetings with DC to ensure monthly volume fluctuations are communicated in order to align with forecasted expenses; determine month end accruals. - Work closely with DC team on cost-sharing model, including forecasting units and allocations. - Provide all other financial support (Capex, ad hoc) as point person for DC management team including monthly reporting and lead operations review update for month end reporting with senior management - Provide forward looking insight and monthly trend analysis for improved decisions making - Provide support for other FP&A ad hoc activities - Prepare supporting schedules for CSR and QBR presentations - Partner with SR Director on collaborations analysis
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis role - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint. Solid experience with Hyperion Enterprise, Retrieve, and Pillar or other similar third-party financial planning tool. - Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage priorities in a highly dynamic environment. Proactive attitude. Ability to function independently as well as in a team environment.
