What will I do at this company?
Build our brand in the Men's leading category across all segments of distribution. Own the global assortment and identify opportunities for growth in North America, Canada, Europe and Asia.
Create innovative technical product that will make our consumers better and is cutting edge in design.
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that meet or exceed the financial goals of the division.
Develop product requirements and communicate product vision for ongoing releases and new product opportunities.
Participate in consumer out reach including testing new designs, focus groups, and participating in our sponsored events.
Partner with Design, Development, Sales, and Marketing in order to bring product to market.
Travel to include working with athletes and teams and partnering with key suppliers to drive market leading innovations
What does this company need from me?
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years experience building product lines in the retail/wholesale world. Sports/performance experience a plus.
Understanding of our consumers and their lifestyle.
Confident point of view.
Knowledge of trends and knowing how to use that knowledge to produce one of a kind merchandise.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to own the room.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, a strategic mindset and the relentless desire to innovate
