Safelite AutoGlassis looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!  This position provides administrative support to all service functions within a facility, including insurance, cash, commercial, wholesale, and repair.
Responsibilities
* Performs invoicing, cash management, pricing administration, and all other miscellaneous service activities
* Controls deleted work orders and processes credit memos, re-bills and unbillables
* Reviews referral work orders from the previous night
* Handles dealer part orders and special accounts and assists with inventory control
* Performs routine filing as needed and orders general supplies for facility
* Performs closing duties
* Make outbound reactivation and work order management related customer contacts
* Provides customer service by responding quickly to technician and customer requests, communications, and complaints
* May handle incoming customer calls when needed: ETA's, service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale, same-day reschedules/cancellations

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of telephone operations or business administration
* Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols
* Ability to adjust and respond to a fast-paced operation and engage customer throughout entire service experience
* Skill in telephone operations and business administration. High school or equivalent None 1-3 years of telephone operations or business administration
