Provides general administrative support of a moderately complex and responsible nature to a department/function or for a person at the senior management level; requiring planning, organization, judgment, and adaptability.
CUSTOM SCOPE:
-Interview scheduling: Coordinate, schedule and prepare information packages to support the interview process for all open DM positions -Contract Management System (CMS): Function as DM representative responsible for compliance with CMS business requirements (e.g., scanning of executed business contracts) -DM onboarding support: Develop and deploy standard onboarding information package designed to support new personnel to DM -Process invoices for payment and maintain invoice files; track monthly spending on budget spreadsheet; audit monthly spending vs. AB and RE budget(s) -Coordinate the quarterly budget process with the appropriate staff. Prepare quarterly budget reports for review with Finance

Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other departments and/or outside organizations involving obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or of a sensitive nature.
