Sr. Collection Associate
We are seeking a Senior Collection Associate to impact the organization by preparing weekly and monthly reports, participating in client meetings and calls, researching and resolving disputes.
Duties may include:
Contact customers for the collection of outstanding invoices and disputes
Send written communications via email, fax, etc... to the customers regarding the outstanding balances on their account
Provide Customer Collection functions and analysis
Daily interaction with key client personnel
Complete as requested, month-end processes, i.e., client reports, month-end reports and ad hoc reports
Work closely with Accounts Receivable Administrator to assist in closure of any deductions or variances
Work with Client Management Associate to keep current with any client/customer changes
Update working logs on a daily basis
Strive to retain a percentage less than 4% over 90 days
Knowledge and Skills:
Proven organizational skills
Detail oriented
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office 97 (Word and Excel) a must
Acquired systems knowledge and certification as required
