We currently have the following opportunity available: DescriptionStore Operations Trainer * Support, Training and the Coordinate New Technology roll outs for all HomeGoods stores * Train management and associates on all systems and operations for all new store openings * Oversee the tracking of trainees for the Management Training Program and provide training support as needed * Facilitate Train-The-Trainer sessions as required * This position requires a heavy travel schedule. You can expect to travel 48 weeks of the year to supporting all new store openings, technology role outs and the Management Training Program. * Previous training experience is require * Retail experience is a must * The ability to travel 48 weeks a year is required
