Systems Administrator 1
Provides tier level support for Windows OS clients on enterprise level help-desk using the Remedy (ITSM) ticketing system. Responsibility includes tier 1 Windows client support for over 1000 PC's using JEDMICS and Konfig software. Log calls, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to level two/three as needed. Assess severity and offer assistance to support staff and end users following approved customer service processes and procedures.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. System/Application Knowledge required: Windows OS, Adobe, Window Ghost image, MS Office Suite, TCNO System Patching, client software, hardware and strong installation skills are required at a minimum. Desire to learn and accept direction from management staff and government customers is required.
Preferred Qualifications: 8 years functional help-desk experience using the Remedy (ITSM) system
