    Daily job duties will include Administrative functions including:

    • Supervising fellow employees in the office and serving as a mentor as needed

    • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems

    • Manage our monthly newsletter

    • Oversee accounting, review Billing and Receivables

    • Distribute mail and oversee upkeep of facilities

    • Filing documents, answering phones, and directing calls to the appropriate employee

    • Updating customer information as needed

    • Schedule and arrange appointments

    • Assisting fellow Managers as needed

    The Ideal Candidate has/is:

    • At least 5 years of verifiable Office Management experience

    • Proven ability to profitably bring new business to the company

    • Purchase Order experience

    • Home Service industry knowledge is helpful but not required

    • Experience using CRM software, all aspects of Microsoft Office

    • Is expert level in email marketing, social media management

    • Ability to comfortably use computer technology using multiple screens without assistance and ability to learn new computer programs quickly
