PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a member of the local management team, responsible for product quality and
performance for a specific team of claim professionals.
- Provide guidance and direction to direct reports through a continuous process of
direct management involvement and claim file reviews.
- Reinforce business vision, strategies and objectives through word and action.
- Use management information to analyze data and craft plans to address opportunities
- Create positive customer experiences through actions of staff.
EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE:
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Claim management experience preferred.
- Prior auto claim or appraisal experience is helpful.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with individuals and groups.
- Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
