As a nurse, I had to be very organized and plan my time well in order to care for numerous people in a scheduled period of time. During that time, there were many tasks to balance with numerous interruptions. Good customer service, time management, organization, team work, stability and documentation were key skills required. As an office person/nurse, I was expected to have excellent customer service, team management, scheduling expertise, computer /phone/office machine and insurance skills, the ability to prioritize, organize and maintain a busy schedule.
