1ST SHIFT DAILY RESULT CLERK

POSITION: 1 st shift Daily Result Clerk

Hours :

• 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.., flexible as needed

Responsibilities & Expectations :

• Use Excel Spreadsheets and other programs to enter and complete daily conversion and other reports for management and staff

• Tracking product and product accountability

• Must meet local and corporate deadlines

• Be able to handle multiple tasks timely and efficiently

• Backup for Overnight Yield Result Clerks

• Perform various other tasks as needed to ensure efficiency in the Accounting Department

• Perform various other duties as needed or as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Team player

• Strong organizational skills

• Good work history including attendance

• 10-key and computer skills required

• Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette

• Previous accounting and office experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
