Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers, roadside assistance programs, and other sources.

• Gather relevant information about the nature of the service request, location, and customer details.

• Assign appropriate tow trucks and drivers based on the type of service required, location, and priority.

• Provide clear and accurate directions to drivers to ensure prompt response to service calls.

• Communicate with customers to confirm service details, estimated arrival times, and any additional information required.

• Provide updates on the status of dispatched services and address customer inquiries.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions.

• Document information for billing, reporting, and future reference.

• Work closely with tow truck drivers to address any issues, provide support, and facilitate smooth operations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance dispatching efficiency and customer satisfaction
