Accounting Assistant

Description

We are in search of a meticulous Accounting Assistant to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Ocean County, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Assist with accounting functions related to Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively to maintain records

• Use Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data related to customer credit and accounting functions

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurate.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Experience with Accounting Functions is required

• Knowledge of CapEx (Capital Expenditure) is needed

• Degree in Accounting or related field is desirable

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are beneficial

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial

• Attention to detail and accuracy is vital

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important

• Understanding of manufacturing industry is advantageous.
