Accounting Clerk

Description

Robert Hal has an exceptional opportunity for a temporary Accounting Clerk to join the team at a recognized company in the Minneapolis area. This opportunity would be responsible for matching and batching invoices, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, processing checks, and resolving A/P and A/R issues. This is a superb role, and you will have the opportunity for career growth and steady advancement within this dynamic department. Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Accounting Clerk will be a long-term temporary opening.

Requirements

2-4 years general accounting experience

Strong 10-key scores

QuickBooks or any equivalent system experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented

Ability to multi-task

Open to change and willing to learn new skills

Ability to follow up on pending issues

Ability to meet deadlines
