Opening for an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper in Miami Beach (Free Parking)

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour with Salaried benefits

Benefits: Insurance for Employee, 13 Vacation days, Holidays, 401k and Free Paid parking

Location: Miami Beach,/South Beach 33139

Schedule Monday to Friday, In office, 7:30-3:30 , or 8:00-4:00

This role reports directly to the Controller.

Keys to this Role

• at least 3 years of experience with Account Payables and Account Receivables

• Bookkeeping experience

• QuickBooks

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration - highly preferred

Job Duties

• Account Payables & Account Receivables

• Invoicing

• Recording of daily sales and posting cash

• Cash counting

• Reconciliations

• Data input into ADP

• Updating and running various financial reports

Requirements

at least 3 years of experience with Account Payables and Account Receivables

Bookkeeping experience

QuickBooks

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration - highly preferred
