We are actively recruiting for a qualified and experienced Accoutning Clerk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. salary: $18 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. Applies advanced skills.

• Perform daily financial activities of the plant.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports.

• Enters daily production hours into Payroll System, balances hours and maintains accuracy.

• Assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling of bank accounts, balancing books, and processing payments.

Skills

• Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Account Reconciliation (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Financial Statements (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Microsoft Excel (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Month-End Close (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Time Management (3 years of experience is preferred)
