Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is central to managing the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, budgeting, reconciliation of balance sheets, and technical accounting. The successful candidate will be well-versed in corporate finance and familiar with the processes of billing and invoicing. If interested in this position, please call Noe Silva at ~~~. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Adhere to IFRS and individual accounting standards.

• Process and release client invoices on a monthly basis.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations to ascertain accuracy and completeness.

• Oversee the accounts payable process, including vendor payments and reimbursement of expenses.

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including monthly and quarterly taxes, in a timely fashion.

• Collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits.

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), and General Ledger.

• Perform audits and billing functions.

• Manage bi-Monthly Payroll, Asset Inventory, and Fixed Assets.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is desirable

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills are required

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Experience in handling bi-Monthly Payroll

• Knowledge of Asset Inventory and Fixed Assets

• Proficiency in maintaining the General Ledger.
