Part time Accounting Specialist

Adecco is hiring for a Accounting Specialist candidate in Ontario, CA. This is a temporary 1 to 3 month long project. In office, NOT Remote. Starting immediately!

In this role, you will be responsible for the below tasks/duties!

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-scope Accounts Payable activities, assisting in preparing weekly check runs, review and code invoices to appropriate accounts

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Organize and maintain vendor files

• Aid in implementation and adherence to internal controls and procedures

• Utilize Bellwether and QuickBooks to input, retrieve, or display accounting information

• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile key AP related accounts

• Ad hoc projects including analysis and interpretation of data, policy and procedure creation and modification, variance and trend analysis, and general department innovation

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy

• Must be proficient in Microsoft E xcel

• A bility to successfully multi-task

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records

• 3 way matching, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables experience a plus!

Monday to Thursday - 7am to 3pm work schedule

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
