We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as an Accounting Assistant. Our client is a $50M revenue company with approximately 50 employees that monetizes internet traffic. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable in NetSuite.

salary: $21.5 - $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

• Conduct weekly AP runs and process invoices

• Handle company credit card accounting and expense reports

• Process receipts from customers, primarily through credit cards and ACH

• Assist with maintaining accurate financial records in NetSuite
