Accounting Specialist

Description We have partnered with a Software Consulting firm in Danvers in their search their next great Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper! This is a contract-to-permanent position. This company is a leader in their industry and has an excellent corporate culture! This position is 4 days in the office and 1 day REMOTE. However, first 6 months will be FULLY in-office. Responsibilities for the Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper will include: Sales order processing Customer invoicing Receiving & posting customer payments Processing deposits Issuing customer statements Collections of past due receivables Purchasing Accounts payable processing Paying bills Maintaining customer, vendor, and pricing records Communicating and building relationships with customers and vendors Generating reports Working heavily in QuickBooks Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity! Requirements For this position, we are looking for someone with 3-5+ years of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience, knowledge and experience with QuickBooks, excellent written, verbal & inter-personal skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
