    We have an opening for an Accounts Payable and Vendor Relations Coordinator and as a member of this team you would

    be responsible for communicating with our Restaurant Leadership, Maintenance Team Lead, Vendors and Accountants to ensure the successful scheduling, completing and payment of the ongoing repairs, maintenance and monthly services that keep our 18 McDonald's restaurants running strong. You would work in our Houston office as a member of our Dream Team office Monday through Friday as a full-time salaried employee.

    BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE

    • Process and/or Distribute all Incoming and Outgoing Mail

    • Preparation & Submittal of Invoices for Approval & Payment

    • Print, Mail and File Invoiced Checks

    • Retention of Historical Invoice Records & Maintaining Office Files

    • Follow Up with Managers & Vendors on Accounts Receivable and Payable

    • Retrieval of Information and Data Asset Management

    • Monitor Capital & Asset Expenditures

    • Assist Restaurant Leadership with Vendor Communication and Work Order Request Completion

    • Support Restaurant Leadership Teams through Weekly and/or Monthly Tracking of Various Targets

    • Other Basic Clerical Duties

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS

    • A Positive and Upbeat Attitude with a Self-Starting Initiative to Stay on Task

    • An Effective Communicator Capable of Organizing Multiple Workstreams

    • Adequate Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Products & Adobe DC Standard

    • Operational Knowledge of Standard Office Equipment

    • Attention to Detail and Adherence to Company Policy & Procedures

    Must be 18 or older

    Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

    Must pass a criminal background check.
