Accounts Payable Associate

Description

This position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

You will support the AP team with the following

-Handling in-person payment processing

-Managing bill processing

-Preparing invoices

-Issuing checks

-Addressing phone inquiries and processing payments

-Undertaking additional tasks as required

Requirements

We're seeking candidates with the following skills:

-Strong multitasking abilities

-Prior customer service experience

-Demonstrated attention to detail

-Proficiency in keyboard and data entry skills

-Prior AP experience would make you standout!
