    Job Description

    • Answer the video doorbell for all visitors. Ensure all visitors sign in and complete the proper paperwork. Give all paperwork to QA Manager on weekly basis.

    • Answering main telephone lines promptly and professionally. Screen calls and transferring appropriately.

    • Process incoming mail by sorting, distributing mail.

    • Process outgoing mail by weighing and placing postage on the envelope using the postage machine.

    • Prepare AP checks for mailing by folding checks, inserting in envelopes, and placing postage on envelopes.

    • Office supply maintenance, which includes getting approval for orders, placing orders, checking incoming orders against the packing slip, processing paperwork for returns, and putting away supplies within a safe weight limit or obtaining help for putting away supplies outside of safe weight limits.

    • Keep inventory of items ordered at Sam's Club and place online orders as needed.

    • Maintenance of office machines, such as stocking with paper, etc.

    • Coordinate employee food sales (as backup or full-time).

    • A/P data entry.

    • Other duties as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field is preferred.

    • Two or more years of general accounting experience.

    • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to perform the duties.

    • Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of office practices and procedures, such as use of office equipment including 10-key calculator, MS Office software, and accounting software
