Accounts Payable Clerk

Kelly Services is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk for a local Landscaping Supplier located in Sanford, FL.

• Pay rate: $18.50/hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, every other Saturday 8 am - 1pm

• Temp to hire opportunity

• NOT Remotely

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Managing accounts payable using Sage 100 software and/or other programs

• Pay vendors and Service providers

• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare Reports

• Analyze Accounts

• Statement Reconciliation

• Faxing, Emailing, Filing

• Scheduling truck for Purchasing Dept.

• May assist with some purchasing duties

• Pricing Schedules

• From time to time, may assist with backing up the Sales Dept.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounts Payable / 3 years of experience

• Computer and Accounting software

• General Office

• Organized and detail oriented.

• Self-starter, positive aptitude.
