The Accounts Payable Specialist position provides stability with the flexibility to work in a changing environment performing accounting related duties assisting companies in the Columbus, OH market.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Process high volume invoices on a 3 way match basis

• Entering and coding invoices into an accounting system

• Month-end accruals and assist with close

• Reconciliations

• Reporting

• Answer vendor inquiries

• May process expense reports

• Ad hoc projects and assist with other departments

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience

• ERP system knowledge: Dynamics, Oracle, SAP
