Accounts Payable Data Entry

Description

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to, reviewing uploading invoices, reviewing physical invoice copies and statements, entering invoices/receipts, distributing checks and additional duties as necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus when production volume is high.

• Assist in handling inquiries from Business Units or vendors on status of invoices.

• Upload and populate basic invoice information invoices in Oracle.

• Review incoming physical invoices to determine if they need to be sent to the Business Unit or uploaded to Oracle.

• Review Statements to determine if invoices have been paid and request invoice copies if outstanding.

• Record pre-coded invoices in Oracle.

• Record receipts in Oracle for checks received.

• Distribute checks from various sources and any applicable reporting.

• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.
