Accounts Payable

Description

A reputable company in Kent is seeking to employ a highly diligent and reliable High Volume Full-Cycle AP Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, providing proactive solutions to underpin the financial operations of the company, and managing accounts payable using Dynamics AX.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of invoice processing in a timely and accurate manner.

• Manage complete cycle for accounts payable using the Dynamics AX system.

• Conduct account reconciliation and handle vendor queries.

• Prepare and perform check runs.

• Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Carry out coding, data entry and posting of all payables.

• Assist with the audit documentation process.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of experience in handling high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable.

• Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with dynamics AX.

• Proven capacity for detail, multitasking, and working with a high volume of data.

• Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and building relations with vendors.

• Superior data entry, account reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Sound understanding of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly with Excel.
