responsibilities

• Process payments

• Verify, classify & record A/P invoices

• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger

• Investigate & resolve discrepancies

• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

• Understand expense accounts and cost centers

• Manage the A/P inbox

• Manage paper flow of the ACH/check run by documenting and scanning

qualifications

• 5+ years of experience processing Accounts Payable

• Data entry skills

• Hands-on experience with Excel

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in manufacturing preferred

skills: A/P Processing, 1099s
