IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. Our client, located in the West Chester, PA area, is seeking to immediately hire an AP Specialist. This position will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team. Our client has a detailed AP process and requires someone with a high level of detail. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable using company accounting programs

• Establish & maintain relationships with new and existing vendors

• Process invoices for payments in a timely manner

• Monitor purchase orders, prices, payment terms & other charges

• Ensure accuracy of data entries, discrepancies, & reconciliations

• Identify opportunities & analyze the impact on the business

• Calculate, post, and manage financial entries and records

• Reconcile ledger to ensure bills/payments are properly posted

• Generate payment terms, reminders, billing in company software

• Generate detailed month-end and year-end reports
