Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Keene, New Hampshire. This role involves handling account reconciliation, managing accounts receivable, billing, cash collections, and utilizing Microsoft Excel in a workplace setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle account reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes

• Oversee accounts receivable, including tracking and recording payments and adjustments

• Manage and process billing procedures in a timely and efficient manner

• Handle cash collections, coordinating with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and update financial records, ensuring data accuracy

• Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating any changes as required

• Resolve customer credit inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle Account Reconciliation tasks

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Experience in Cash Collections

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in using accounting software and other related tools.
