Maintaining A/R and other accounting activities.
Post customers' PO entries through EDI.
Daily ASN to customers.
Daily Invoicing to the customers by EDI, email or mail.
Issue freight PO as per shipping documents.
Sales report send to management.
Maintain chargeback and issue credit memos.
ACH, wire and deposited checks post in A/R.
Review aging report weekly and call customers that are behind.
Help other accounting team members.
Any other accounting matter assignment.
