Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are offering a position for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the telecom industry. This role provides a contract employment opportunity with potential for a full-time role. The position involves collections and processing credit card applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections, forming a significant part of the job function

• Process credit card applications as part of regular tasks

• Report to the Accounting Manager as a part of the job function

• Work both onsite and remotely, with a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

• Utilize the software 'Intuitive' for daily tasks

• Leverage skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Applications, Commercial Collections, and Microsoft Excel

• Participate in the interview process, which will be conducted in person with the Accounting Manager.

Requirements

• Expertise in Cash Applications

• Experience in Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and in a team
