Randstad is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Seminole County region, to be available for projects temporarily. This role requires a detail-oriented and well-organized individual with existing accounts receivable experience who can efficiently and accurately process and record vendor invoices and expenses, ensure timely payments, and maintain precise financial records. This position is critical to maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial activities. salary: $19 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• • Review customer invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• • Enter invoices into accounting system and send them to customers
• • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
• • Reconcile customer payments with invoices and resolve any discrepancies that may arise
• • Communicate with customers to resolve any payment issues and maintain a record of such communication
• • Assist in financial record-keeping and reporting processes related to accounts receivables
• • Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures for accounts receivables
• • Support the office team with any additional basic office tasks related to accounts receivables as needed.
