Accounts Receivable Clerk

This role's duties will require entering, posting and reconciling batches, researching and resolving customer A/R issues, preparing aging reports, placing billing and collection calls, maintaining cash receipts journal, and updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L. Your responsibilities

• Work with clients to solve payment issues; set up payment plans as needed

• Provide information as requested to shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders

• Handle a range of basic accounting tasks using standard procedures

• Confirm documents and codes are correct

• Maintain, relate, and promote the mission, values and culture of the organization

• Post and balance financial information in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts

• Process payments and compiling segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP Requirements

RX Pharmacy billing experience required.

Proficient in ERP systems, Advanced Excel

• Foundational knowledge in medical collections

• Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

• AA or BS/BA degree in accounting or related field

• Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
