Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are working with a manufacturing company in Beverly, MA in search of an AR Administrator on a contract to permanent basis. This will go permanent for the right fit. This client of ours is looking to get someone started ASAP.

This position is fully onsite at the company headquarters in Beverly, MA

Responsibilities for the AR Administrator will include

Process AR invoices

Upload invoices to Customer portals

Weekly aging review

Process Customer write offs & adjustments.

Prepare customer credits & manual adjustments

Process Customer credit cards

Identify incoming ACH & Wire deposits for cash reconciliation

Prepare daily Check Deposits

Payment matching in ERP

Reconcile any invoicing issues

For this position, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of AR accounting experience. Experience with large ERP is a bonus. Requirements 2+ years of A/R & commercial collections experience Large ERP familiarity Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
