Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

This is a full time, hybrid (Mondays & Fridays are Remote, Tues/Weds/Thurs is Onsite), TEMPORARY-to-HIRE opportunity that could lead to a permanent position and is located near Bristol, PA. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p.

A well-established manufacturing company is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for cash applications, processing credit card payments, and reconciling cash in accounts. The ideal candidate will be able to pick up quickly and be technically sufficient. The company utilize excel and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Process Cash Applications

• Process Credit Card Payments

• Reconciliations (primarily reconciling cash in accounts)

• Other responsibilities as assigned by management

• University Degree in Accounting (Bachelors) or equivalent experience in lieu of

• 2+ years' experience in accounts receivables
