Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

Seeking a Full Cycle Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and monitor the aging report, perform daily posting of cash, checks, ach payments and credit card payments.

• Candidate will need to have advanced excel skill to produce reports for management.

• Prepare daily Accounting payment status report for future outstanding orders, Follow up on outstanding past dues and make recommendations as needed on bad debt accounts.

• Check with D& B for credit stats weekly on all vendor accounts and report status as needed on problem accounts with Controller.

• Work side by side with Accounting Manager on special projects.

Requirements

Degree : accounting, finance or business

Spanish and English

LATAM experience a plus
