Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

Description

Our client has a great opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager out of consumer loans to join their growing accounting team. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Manager include but are not limited to:

• managing institutional loan programs from start to finish

• all regulatory compliance as it relates to consumer loan programs

• managing the day to day operations of the receivables department

• streamlining compliance processes and making enhancements to the loan programs

• manage relationships with 3rd party vendors including collections agencies and payment processors

• staying up to date with all laws, industry trends, and regulations as they pertain to consumer lending and receivables management

• Enhance and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls related to receivables management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates applying to this position MUST HAVE 10 years of leadership experience specifically in CONSUMER LENDING. Only candidates with strong exposure to consumer lending will contacted for this position. This person should be extremely detail oriented and have a strong focus in A/R compliance. Bachelor's degree highly preferred, associates with the right leadership experience will be considered.
